- The chef and housekeeper have one day off per week (Wednesday or Thursday, to be determined). On this day, we will arrange with guests either a restaurant reservation, a meal delivery to the chalet, or a simple dinner on site (raclette, fondue, pierrade, etc.).

- A deposit of €10,000 will be collected by the agency and returned after checking the condition of the chalet on departure.
- A second deposit of €10,000 will be collected on site by chalet staff to cover any additional costs (food, wine, etc.), with an adjustment to the stay.
- Any service not included in the signed contract ([hidden] laundry, transfer outside the resort, etc.) will be billed by the hour.
- Transfer service to the Saint-Martin-de-Belleville resort is included in the contract, depending on staff availability
