Description of the accommodation

Do you dream of fishing from the terrace of your gîte? See the pond as far as the eye can see? Do you have a fishing room to store your equipment? Then this cottage is made for you.
Les Iris is a gîte built at the foot of the water with a balcony nicely fenced with balustrades and extended by a pontoon for fishing (access via door). The pond is 15,000m², and is stocked with carp, roach and tench.
The terrace is covered.
Spend a vacation to take a break from the world, recharge your batteries in this nature.

If you want to fish on the river, choose the Moulin de la Futaie (H53G010927), category 1 lodge on the river.

For non-fishermen, you have beautiful walks to take on foot.

Don't miss Pontmain, a town of pilgrimage, linked to the apparition of the Virgin Mary, its magnificent cathedral, 6km away. The castle of Fougères and the medieval town 14 km away.
And why not, a getaway to Mont Saint Michel, 1 hour away (55 km).
