Les Abords de Grandlieu is a former cider press, renovated in 2019 into a charming, unique semi-detached cottage with an industrial-style decor. It is located halfway between Nantes and the beaches (approximately 20 km), 14 km from the airport and 3 km from the access point to Lake Grandlieu (a Natura 2000 protected area).
Private parking is available in front of the cottage, along with access to a secure area for motorcycles and bicycles.
The enclosed 50 m² outdoor space (south-facing) is attractively landscaped with a wooden terrace featuring a pergola and griddle, and a small garden.
Ground floor: spacious living area with an open-plan fitted kitchen/living/dining room, one bedroom (two single beds 90x200 cm that can be joined together), a pantry with a large freezer, a shower room with a large shower, and a separate toilet. Upstairs: a spacious 31 m² open-plan bedroom with a striking glass floor in one section, featuring two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined together, a large dressing room, a washbasin, and a separate toilet. The adjoining terrace offers a superb view of Lake Grandlieu (depending on the season) and the occasional wildlife (deer, wild boar, ducks, and wild geese).
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth stereo, air conditioning, air fryer, and baby equipment upon request (travel cot, high chair, and/or booster seat).
