This town house features a private, enclosed 100 m² garden, a private terrace, and free street parking (in front of the house).

Ground floor: dining room/kitchen with access to the garden, separate living room, laundry room, and shower room/WC.

First floor: landing, one bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed, and one bedroom with a double bed (which can be separated into two single beds), shower room/WC.

Second floor: landing and one bedroom with a double bed.

Veranda outside, accessible from the laundry room, with two adult city bikes available.
