Peace and quiet in the heart of the Brière Regional Park. Enjoy its many hiking trails, cycle paths, and boat or horse-drawn carriage rides. The cottage is 400 m from shops and restaurants, 9 km from Guérande and the nearest beaches, 15 km from major seaside resorts such as La Baule, Pornichet, Le Pouliguen, Le Croisic, Piriac, and La Turballe, and 20 km from Saint-Nazaire (site of the shipbuilding giants). A pond and small beach with lifeguards are 400 m away in the summer.

Private, enclosed garden of 100 m².

Ground floor: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen (Senseo coffee machine), small veranda, and separate WC. Upstairs (slightly steep but safe staircase): 2 bedrooms (1: 160x200 cm bed, 2: 140x190 cm bed + 90x190 cm sofa bed) and shower room/WC.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi

Not included: electricity, electric heating during the heating season (flat rate €9/day), bed linen (€8/person/stay) and towels (€6/person/stay) are optional.
