This pleasant and comfortable house is located in a pedestrian-only residence near the forest, 3 km from the center of St Jean de Monts. Bicycles are available for rent on-site, allowing you to enjoy the many cycle paths and explore the forest. You can easily get to the beach by bike and visit the Côte de Lumière (Coast of Light) at your own pace, including St Gilles Croix de Vie and Les Sables d'Olonne!

The 45 m² house comprises:

- a modernly decorated living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2)
- an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen
- a bedroom with a double bed (two 80x190 cm beds)
- a bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower
- a separate toilet

A lovely terrace with garden furniture for enjoying al fresco meals and a private, numbered parking space at the entrance to the residence.
The residence is landscaped and located in a quiet neighborhood.
