Ideal for exploring by bike or on foot, whether for a stroll or fishing. The grounds are fully enclosed, allowing you to safely accommodate children and even a pet. A garage is available. The cottage is entered through a functional kitchen (dishwasher, oven, and microwave, 3 gas burners + 1 electric stovetop); a living room with a relaxation area and TV; a separate toilet; a bathroom (bathtub); upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms: 1 with a 90x190 bed, the second with a 160x200 bed, and the last with two 90x190 beds. Please note that the stairs leading to the upper floor are not secured by a gate for young children.

All shops are 8 km away in Cercy-la-Tour, about 20 km from Bourbon-Lancy and its thermal baths, and 15 km from Decize and its water sports stadium. Located on the border with the Allier region, where the PAL amusement park is located.
