House located in Saint Hilaire de Riez in a quiet area between the forest and dunes, just 800 meters from the large sandy beach of Saint Jean de Monts and 800 meters from the shops in the Demoiselles district, including a bakery, mini-market, rotisserie, bar/tobacconist, and a summer market twice a week. You can easily get around on foot or by bike, enjoying the many walks along the Côte de Lumière (Coast of Light), or venture further afield to visit the islands of Noirmoutier and Yeu, and perhaps even Puy du Fou!
The house comprises:
- an entrance hall with built-in wardrobes
- a living room with a large dining table and Scandinavian chairs, a sofa (not a sofa bed), a decorative fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. A sliding glass door opens onto the terrace.
- a brand new, modern, fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, and a window overlooking the garden. - A sleeping area with 3 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140x190cm), 2 bedside tables, storage, a clothes rack, a double-glazed window with a shutter, overlooking the garden on the street side.
- Bedroom 2: 2 single bunk beds (90x190cm) + 1 sofa bed, French doors with a roller shutter overlooking the garden on the street side.
- Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed (160x200cm), 2 bedside tables, wardrobes and shelves, double-glazed window with a shutter overlooking the garden.
- A new bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity unit with sink, and towel warmer.
- A separate toilet.
- A laundry room containing a washing machine and storage space that can be used as a bicycle shed as it locks.
