Located in a small, quiet village, 3 km from Clisson and 30 km from Nantes, La Grange is an old building renovated with noble materials, respecting authenticity (adjoining a house).
Enclosed outdoor space of 20 m² (north/west exposure) with wooden terrace and pergola. Private parking in front of the cottage.
Ground floor: spacious lounge/living room with open kitchen and separate WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with air conditioning (1: 2 twin 90x200 beds and private shower room, 2: 3 90x200 beds), shower room and separate WC.
Additional equipment: wifi, DVD player, stereo, dryer and baby equipment (cot and high chair).
Included: electricity, electric heating, sheets and towels.
Not included: tourist tax. Compulsory cleaning fee for professional customers (65€). Animals: €100 deposit.
