- Living room with 1 pull-out bed (90 x 200 cm), a sofa bed and a dining area.
- Kitchenette equipped with 2 electric hobs, mini-oven and refrigerator, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.
- Bathroom with bath and washbasin.
- Separate toilet.

Additional facilities: shared car park in front of the residence. Pets allowed.
