The gîte in the hamlet of Les Gaties has been awarded the "Green Key" label. In the heart of the Morvan region, this comfortable house has been renovated with particular attention to the well-being of its guests. On the garden level, the heart of the house is the fully equipped open-plan kitchen (with a utility room offering direct access for caterers) opening onto a dining room that is completely immersed in the surrounding nature. The former stable has been converted into a spacious living/dining room, perfect for sharing good times. Private bathroom facilities are provided. There is one double bedroom (180x200cm bed) with external access and a private shower room and toilet. There is also a second double bedroom (180x200cm bed) accessible to people with reduced mobility (fully accessible shower room and toilet) with external access and a parking space less than 20 meters from the bedroom, reserved for people with reduced mobility. On the first floor, there is one double bedroom (one 180x200cm bed and one child's bed) with a private bathroom and toilet, one bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm), and one quadruple bedroom (one 180x200cm bed and one 140x190cm bed) with a private bathroom. Each bedroom is bright and furnished with designer furniture. Two large terraces allow you to enjoy the Morvan countryside. Private parking is available on a 20,000m² property. A 22kW electric vehicle charging station is also provided. €50 supplement per additional person (maximum 2)
