It features an entrance, a gate, private parking with a large shaded area, and a garage for motorcycles and bicycles. Garden furniture, a barbecue, and more.

Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 4-burner induction hob, electric oven, washing machine, microwave, etc.). A large living room with a lounge and dining area, and a flat-screen TV.
