Description of the accommodation

Gite Saint-Georges-de-la-Couée, 2 bedrooms, 6 persons - FR-1-410-394

The Saint Fraimbault gîte is located in a peaceful, wooded setting in the heart of the Loir Valley, just 35 minutes from Le Mans.

Nestled in lush greenery, visitors can relax and enjoy the tranquility and peace of the location. In a detached house, the gîte is very well-equipped and offers all modern comforts. It features a private entrance, a gate, private parking with a large shaded garden, and a garage for motorcycles and bicycles. Garden furniture and a barbecue are also provided.

Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 4-burner induction hob, electric oven, washing machine, microwave, etc.). A large living room with a lounge and dining area, and a flat-screen TV. A bathroom with a large walk-in shower, washbasin, and washing machine. A separate toilet. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with two single beds (80cm) that can be joined together, one bedroom with a double bed (140cm), and a mezzanine with a sofa bed (140cm wide) for two people.

High-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi is available. Bed linen and towels can be rented for an additional €10 per person. A cleaning fee of €70 is mandatory for business travelers.

Payment is due upon booking or arrival at the gîte.

Halfway between Tours and Le Mans, located in the Loir Valley, less than 10 km from the Bercé state forest, you will find yourself:
- 13 km from La Chartre-sur-le-Loir,
- 19 km from the Marçon water sports center,
- 15 km from the Alsace Wine Route,
- a few meters from the cottage, a footpath at the foot of the hamlet of Saint-Fraimbault where you can visit one of the oldest chapels in the Sarthe region or visit Emeric, an artist who works with iron.
