Internet access (fiber optic Wi-Fi). 12m² terrace, 100m² private courtyard, and access to the river via the 30m² garden. Shared facilities: enclosed courtyard, private carport, bicycles, games, rowboat. Table tennis. Heating is payable on site (based on meter reading) or a flat rate of €13/night for stays of less than one week.
For electric vehicles: charging fee €12/week. The cottage is located in a hamlet on the banks of the Charente River in a green setting, near two other cottages and the owners' residence.
