Description of the accommodation

Independent house in Périgord stone of 180 m2 with a swimming pool on an unfenced plot of 3000 m2. On the ground floor, you will benefit from a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, 4 ceramic hobs, a combined freezer, open to the living room with a television, internet, fireplace and dining room. Via 3 steps, you will access the living room with a large sofa, a bathroom with shower and WC and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. On the mezzanine, you will find 1 bed of 90x190 and 1 bed of 110. From the main living room, you will have, upstairs, 2 bedrooms, a bedroom with 1 bed of 140x190 and a bedroom with 1 bed of 180x200 , a bathroom and separate toilets. Outside, you will enjoy garden furniture and a barbecue. A swing will be at your disposal for the pleasure of the little ones. Baby equipment: a high chair, a baby bed, a changing mat, a bathtub. Ideally located in the heart of the prestigious sites of Périgord Noir, this gîte is a central starting point for discovering the Dordogne, rich in history and culture. Come and discover Sarlat, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage, Montignac and the International Center for Cave Art Lascaux 4, the Dordogne Valley and its numerous castles and villages classified among "the most beautiful villages in France", the Vézère Valley and its prehistoric sites without forgetting remarkable gardens such as Marqueyssac and Eyrignac and our Périgord gastronomy! When you return from your visits, you will appreciate the private swimming pool of 9mx4.50m, depth of 1.10m to 2m, chlorine, secured by a fence and cover, open from mid-April to the end of September.
