In a fully renovated, traditional thatched cottage, Gîte La Grande Prairie accommodates up to four people in the heart of an exceptional and unspoiled natural environment.
You'll enjoy an ideal setting for relaxation, hiking, and immersing yourself in nature.
A rare feature, the gîte also offers horse accommodation, perfect for horseback riding enthusiasts or those looking for a relaxing getaway with their companions.

Activities near the cottage: Numerous hiking trails, Lac de St Front, visits to the thatched cottages of Bigorre and/or Moudeyre, Les Estables resorts: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, summer tobogganing, etc.

The cottage's special feature is the possibility of renting donkeys for a day or more during your stay. A partnership has been established with Chick'anes. Booking is possible before your stay: [hidden] The house is surrounded by a large plot of land where you can park your vehicle. (The plot is enclosed by a wall but is not fully enclosed.)
The ground floor consists of a living room with a sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a magnificent terrace with countryside views. The room has a wood-burning stove. A bathroom with toilet completes this level.
On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms. The first is equipped with a double bed (140 cm) and has direct access to the exterior. The second is equipped with two single beds (80 cm). A reading lounge area completes this floor.

Rates include towels, bed linen, cleaning, wood for the stove, and utilities.
Electric heating: consumption included within a reasonable limit of 15 kWh/day.

Horse boarding: €10 per day.

Dogs and cats are welcome free of charge, with a limit of one pet per stay.
