This restored old house is located in the Périgord Limousin Regional Natural Park, overlooking lush countryside and forests (wildlife, roe deer, wild boar, stag rut, etc.). It's located in a very quiet hamlet close to hiking trails. Close to Brantôme, "The Venice of the Périgord," Puyguilhem Castle, the Villars Caves, and Jumilhac-le-Grand Castle, don't forget the local gastronomy and farmers' markets! Fishing enthusiasts can go trout fishing in the Dronne River and in the ponds of St. Estèphe and St. Saud-Lacoussière. Bike rentals are available 5 km away. Swimming is available in the Grand Etang de St. Estèphe, 20 km away, and a swimming pool is available in St. Martial de Valette (L'Ovive Aquatic Center).
