In a green and bucolic setting, Pauline's cottage, on the edge of the forest, promises a moment of relaxation and rest. This pretty, typical Morvan detached house, tastefully renovated, is composed as follows:
On the ground floor, an entrance hall, a pleasant 30m² living room with a wood-burning stove. A fully equipped kitchen with a classic filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. A bathroom with shower and toilet.
Upstairs, the landing leads to two double bedrooms. One is spacious and has a 180x190cm bed. The second, 8m², offers a double bed (160x190cm) and the possibility of adding an extra bed on the small raised platform. (€15 per night/person). Bathroom and toilet.
The 3000m² landscaped garden is beautiful.
Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

Numerous hiking, mountain biking, and cycling trails are available in the area to discover the authentic beauty of this region: several marked FFC mountain bike trails, one of which passes right in front of the house.
Nearby: Saulieu, the famous gastronomic city of Maison Loiseau and the François Pompon Museum, numerous lakes for swimming, fishing, and water sports, including the Chamboux, Saint Agnan, and Settons lakes.
