In the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park, Le Tournesac is a renovated former mill on the banks of a 3-hectare private pond, a river, and the edge of a forest. It consists of two gîtes with independent entrances, which can be rented together or separately.

Gîte 9 is the most authentic part of the building, with its terracotta tiles, French ceilings, a fireplace, and original cement tile flooring.

On the ground floor, it comprises an entrance hall, a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful living room with a fireplace, a shower room, and a separate toilet. The living room sleeps two on a sofa bed.

Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bedroom with three single beds, two of which can be joined together. There is a bathroom with a toilet.

Shared land of 9 hectares between the two gîtes, with a courtyard, parking, green spaces, and access to the lake. Private terrace in front of the mill and a picnic table set up by the water. No-kill fishing is permitted with the use of a boat. One pet maximum, with a pet supplement of €20 per stay.

Oil heating, water, and electricity included in the rates. Linen and final cleaning are optional. Le Tournesac takes its name from the river that runs through the property. Due to the nearby presence of waterways, children must remain under parental supervision during their stay.

Nearby: numerous hikes in the surrounding forests. Saulieu: famous gastronomic center of the Maison Loiseau and the François Pompon Museum. Numerous lakes for swimming, fishing, or water sports: Chamboux, Saint Agnan, and Les Settons.
