In the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park, Le Tournesac is a renovated former mill on the banks of a 3-hectare private pond, a river, and the edge of a forest. It consists of two gîtes, which can be rented together or separately. Gîte 9 is the most authentic part of the building, with terracotta tiles, French ceilings, a fireplace, and original cement tile floors. On the ground floor, it comprises a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful living room with a fireplace, a shower room, and a separate toilet. The living room offers sleeping accommodation for two additional guests on a sofa bed.

Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bedroom with three single beds, two of which can be joined together. There is a bathroom with a toilet. Gîte 6 is more contemporary. It is located on the 2nd floor in the former attic and has a separate entrance accessible via an external staircase with a beautiful private terrace overlooking the pond.

It consists of a large 48 m² living room with a dining room, lounge, and fitted kitchen. 3 bedrooms, including 2 with twin single beds (90 cm) each, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a shower room with toilet, and a bathroom. An internal staircase connects the two cottages. A crib and high chair are available.

9 hectares of land with a courtyard, parking, garden, and access to the pond. There is a terrace in front of the mill, a picnic table, and a beautiful wooden deck by the pond. No-kill fishing is permitted with the use of a boat. 2 pets are allowed for a €20 supplement per stay.

Le Tournesac owes its name to the river that runs through the property. Due to the nearby presence of waterways, children must remain under parental supervision during their stay. Numerous hikes in the surrounding forests. Saulieu: the gastronomic center of Maison Loiseau. Nearby for swimming, fishing, and water sports: Lake Chamboux and Lake Settons.
