In the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park, Le Tournesac is a renovated former mill on the banks of a 3-hectare private pond, a river, and the edge of a forest. It consists of two gîtes with independent entrances, which can be rented together or separately.

Gîte 6 is the most contemporary part of the mill. It is located in the former attic and has a separate entrance accessible via an external staircase, with a beautiful private terrace overlooking the pond.

It consists of a large 48 m² living room with a dining room, lounge, and fitted kitchen. Three bedrooms, two of which have two twin beds (90 cm) each, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a shower room with toilet, and a bathroom.

The two gîtes share a 9-hectare plot of land with a courtyard, parking, green spaces, and access to the pond. A private terrace overlooking the pond is available. No-kill fishing is permitted with the use of a boat. Maximum 1 pet with a €20 supplement per day.

Le Tournesac takes its name from the river that runs through the property. Due to the nearby waterways, children must remain under parental supervision during their stay.

Nearby: numerous hikes in the surrounding forests. Saulieu: famous gastronomic city of the Maison Loiseau and François Pompon Museum. Numerous lakes for swimming, fishing, and water sports: Chamboux, Saint Agnan, and Les Settons.

Oil heating, water, and electricity are included in the rates.
