Following a long reflection and an inventory of the meaning of our respective lives, we decide to change our lives. We therefore leave our employee caps to settle in the countryside with our five children in order to create a life project of which the gîte is a part. We have given a lot of heart to the work to make it welcoming and comfortable, by restoring it entirely. We will be proud and happy to welcome you there, see you soon, Sophie and Daniel.

Description of the accommodation

Gîte of 140m², on the ground floor + first floor, with a beautiful living room with an integrated and equipped kitchen open to the dining room and the living room. Upstairs, two bedrooms: the "dormitory" bedroom with its 4 90 cm beds which can be grouped into two 180 cm beds with an independent bathroom with a shower, a double sink and a WC and the "parental" bedroom with its two 90 cm beds that can be combined into a 180 cm bed, its fireplace and its private bathroom with a shower, a double sink and a sanibroyeur toilet. The parental bathroom has a wellness area with a spa bath: impulse massage, air massage, chromotherapy, air dimmer... You will benefit from a private courtyard adjoining the gîte of 150m² and a grassy garden of 2000m². Bicycles are at your disposal as well as a playground. The animation farm is open free of charge to the people of the cottage. Snack on site open from Tuesday to Sunday at noon and Thursday and Friday. On the border between Loire and Saône-et-Loire, at the crossroads of Roannais, Brieonnais and Charolais, the Domaine de la Doux gite is ideally located for your "discovery in the countryside" stays, your weekends " well-being" or your business trips. Sophie and Daniel welcome you to their fully equipped and renovated gite with taste, charm and comfort. This cosy, warm and personalized atmosphere can be found in the character of the building, the two fireplaces in the house, the paintings done by the owner, the private wellness area with a spa bath for 2 people, the animals of the estate (goats , hens, geese, cat, dogs, donkey...), the welcome of the owners,... To make your stay even more pleasant, the charges for heating, electricity & gas) are included and the beds are made upon your arrival. The consumption of water will be invoiced at the actual rate for a reasoned consumption of the balneo.

Attention in case of excessive overconsumption an additional cost may be requested.
