The apartment is located in a charming terraced condominium in La Madrague. It features an open kitchen, two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a magnificent garden.

It features a lovely living room with a terrace offering a splendid view of the bay of Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer and La Ciotat.

The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds.
The first is equipped with a 160 x 200 cm bed, several storage closets, and a private shower room.
The second is equipped with a 140 x 190 cm bed and several storage spaces. You'll find a second shower room next to bedroom 2.

This apartment is exceptional because it offers a little corner of paradise. Behind it, there's a small garden equipped with a wooden terrace, a plancha grill, and two deckchairs. In addition to a great time with family or friends, it offers a beautiful sea view!

Parking:
As parking spaces are limited, you can park either in front of the residence, as there are always some spaces available, or in a secure garage in the Aigues Marine residence, located 5 minutes away.

More intimate than Les Lecques, La Madrague is a small, fine-sand beach located next to a harbor and also offers remarkable views of the bay. A true haven of peace, it offers a wooden pedestrian path that provides sheltered access to Brameou Cove.

Optional and upon request (€25 for a double bed kit and €15 for a towel kit with one large and one small per person).
Blankets are provided in the accommodation if needed (ideal in the off-season).

This is included in your reservation and a company will come after your departure.

Pets:
Not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood.
