Upstairs: 1 attic bedroom (2 single beds), relaxation area with TV on the mezzanine. No Wi-Fi. Shared landscaped grounds: courtyard to the front with large courtyard (carport), ping-pong table and to the rear: gravelled terrace, garden with deckchairs, garden table, barbecue. Municipal tennis nearby. Bakery 150m away. Floral park at 250 m. Indian Forest 10 km. O'Gliss Park 7 km. Options:
