Ground floor: living room, kitchen, laundry room. 1st floor: two bedrooms, each with two single beds, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, shower room, toilet, and luggage storage. 2nd floor: play area in the attic.
Television with Chromecast, radio, fiber optic internet connection with Wi-Fi.
Baby equipment (request upon booking): travel cot, high chair, changing mat, bathtub, potty.
Wood provided for the fireplace. Sheets, towels, and kitchen linens are provided, beds made upon arrival. Regular cleaning is available during your stay.
30 m² carport. 10 m² terrace and small private enclosed garden of 50 m², with access to the shared swimming pool with a disabled access ramp (11x7 m, safety barrier, and cover), heated in mid-season and open from late May to mid-September. 4,000 m² garden with swings, ping-pong, and badminton net, shared by the three gîtes.
Tasting of the estate's Pineau and Cognacs, as well as black truffles, is available from December to February.
Tourism and Disability (mental and hearing) certified. The gîte adjoins another gîte, not overlooked, in a charming setting on a wine and truffle estate.
