This spacious house features a private swimming pool, perfect for relaxing moments with family or friends. You will find all the necessary amenities in the village of Salignac-Eyvigues, situated between the Dordogne and Vézère valleys. The proximity of the D60 road allows you to easily reach many must-see sites, such as castles, gardens, caves, and troglodyte villages.

You will have a private, salt-water swimming pool open year-round, heated only from May to the end of September. The pool measures 9 x 4.5 m and has a depth ranging from 1.20 m to 1.50 m. There is also a terrace with sun loungers, garden furniture, a barbecue, a garden, and a pétanque court. A children's play area is shared with another gîte.
