A separate toilet with a washbasin is also located on this floor. Additionally, there is a suite with a 160x200 cm bed and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, a washbasin, and a toilet. Upstairs, after 16 steps, you will find four bedrooms: three with 160x200 cm beds and one with four bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own private shower room with a shower cubicle, a washbasin, and a toilet. The swimming pool is heated from the beginning of October to the end of April (flat rate of €30 per day, payable on site). In the heart of the Périgord Noir region of the Dordogne, this magnificent stone cottage is designed to accommodate up to 12 people. It is ideally located 12 km from Sarlat-la-Canéda with its picturesque medieval center.

This spacious house features a private swimming pool, perfect for relaxing moments with family or friends. You will find all the necessary amenities in the village of Salignac-Eyvigues, situated between the Dordogne and Vézère valleys. The proximity of the D60 road allows you to easily reach many of the Périgord's must-see sites, such as castles, gardens, caves, and troglodyte villages.
You will have a private, heated saltwater swimming pool, open year-round, measuring 9 x 4.5m with a depth ranging from 1.20m to 1.50m. There is also a large terrace with sun loungers, garden furniture, a barbecue, a garden, and a pétanque court. A children's play area is shared with another cottage.
