The front door opens onto the well-equipped kitchen featuring a breakfast table. From here, a glass door gives access to the paved terrace, ideal for al fresco dining, with views over the pool, woods and fields.

From the kitchen, a step leads to a hallway that serves a double bedroom with garden views, a shower room with toilet, as well as a further bathroom and laundry room.

On this floor, you will also find a large, light and airy living room/dining room that retains the beautiful character of traditional Périgord properties.

From the living room, a staircase leads to the first floor where there is a second double bedroom, a shower room and a bedroom with three single beds, ideal for children.

Outside, you'll find the heated, fenced saltwater swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and parasols, and a shaded area ideal for enjoying the garden with its pretty flowers and plants.

The rental price includes 3 towels per person (2 bath towels and one pool towel) and bed linen (sheets, pillowcases and duvet cover).
