You'll find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. From the moment you step inside, you'll be surrounded by tranquility and beautiful scenery. The spacious, bright living room features a high-quality, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge area. Two bedrooms: the Green Room with two single beds overlooking the vineyards, and the Ochre Room with a 140x190 bed. The bathroom is spacious, features a double sink, and a large shower with modern decor. Separate toilet. Reversible heat pump heating (air conditioning). Auxerre is 15 minutes away, Chablis is 20 minutes away, and Vezelay and its basilica are 45 minutes away. Romaric and Laure, winemakers, can show you around their vineyard. 10 minutes from the banks of the Yonne and cycle paths.
