A village nestled in a wooded setting with ponds. Activities include fishing and hiking trails. Marked cross-country ski trails and tobogganing in winter. Thermal spa (spa) in Luxeuil-Les-Bains. Explore the Plateau of a Thousand Ponds. In a hamlet, 2 km from the village of Saint-Bresson, this detached house is located in a renovated old Comtoise farmhouse with a lovely view of the Vosges Saônoises.

Ground floor: dining room with wood-burning stove, fitted kitchen, living room, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and two bathrooms with toilets.

Upstairs: one bedroom with two double beds, one bedroom with a double bed and a crib.

Small enclosed courtyard in front of the house, parking, and a large unfenced rear garden with a terrace and covered shelter. Bicycle storage.

Available: Baby equipment upon request, deckchairs, lounge chairs, and a climbing frame.

Pets are welcome: 2 pets maximum.

Gas central heating. Wood stove available. CHARGES NOT INCLUDED.

Charges and options: Gas heating at an additional cost (€3.50/liter) depending on the meter reading. Wood is provided. Electricity (over the 8kW/day rate). Cleaning fee: €60 - Single bed linen: €8 - Double bed linen: €10 - Towels: €5/person.
To reach the cottage, collect the key from the owner, who will escort you: 12 Rue du Colonel Boigey in Raddon.
