Electric heating (extra charge). Private enclosed grounds 200 m², shaded lawn. Terraces onto which all the rooms of the gîte open directly. Dryer + games room 130 m² (p-pong, table football) shared with 2nd gîte in another outbuilding. Children's swing. Included: sheets/beds made, towels and table linen, tea towels. Wood provided.
