Cottage in the heart of the forest, 4 km from the medieval town of Chinon. It is located in an outbuilding of a former 12th and 17th-century priory, which serves as the owners' residence. All on the ground floor: living room/kitchen (wood-burning stove), 1st bedroom (queen-size bed), 2nd bedroom (two single beds), shower room/WC. Cot and highchair available. Wi-Fi access. Electric heating (extra charge). Private enclosed garden of 200 m², shaded lawn. Terraces open directly onto all rooms of the cottage. Shared facilities include a tumble dryer and a 130 m² games room (table tennis, foosball) with a second cottage in another outbuilding. Children's play area. Included: bed linen/beds made, towels and kitchen linen, tea towels. Firewood provided. The layout ensures privacy for all guests. BABY EQUIPMENT available upon request (please indicate "baby" on the contract): high chair + cot + baby bath.
