In the heart of a small, leafy hamlet, away from traffic, come stay in a welcoming and cozy house boasting a large south-facing terrace opening onto a large enclosed garden (with a trampoline). The living area is spacious, and the bedrooms offer privacy. On the ground floor, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a large wardrobe with a large mirror offers direct access to the terrace, a bathroom (shower), a separate toilet, and a fully equipped and furnished kitchen opening onto the living area and the terrace. This living space consists of a dining room and a living room with a fireplace, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a desk. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, each with two 90x190 beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a living room with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. Wi-Fi is available.

Between Nevers, a City of Art and History (earthenware, museums, Ducal Palace) and Châtillon-en-Bazois (tour of the castle and gardens). Close to the Nevers/Magny-Cours racetrack and the Pouilly and Sancerre vineyards, the town boasts a magnificent swimming pool open in the summer, tennis courts, a fishing pond, and all the necessary shops. A riding stable is 5 minutes away, and the surrounding woods are a favorite spot for hikers. Close to the Nivernais Canal (fishing, cycle route) and 50 km from the Morvan Natural Park and its capital, Château-Chinon (Costume and Septennat Museums), the peaceful and verdant region is ideal for relaxation, but also for connecting with nature, discovering the local wildlife (deer, pheasants, squirrels, birds), and reuniting with family or friends.
