In the heart of a small, verdant hamlet, away from all traffic, come and stay in a welcoming and warm house with a large south-facing terrace opening onto a spacious enclosed garden (with a trampoline). The living area is spacious, and the bedrooms offer privacy for everyone. On the ground floor, a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and a large wardrobe with a full-length mirror provides direct access to the terrace. There is also a shower room, a separate toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen open to the living area and the terrace. This living area comprises a dining area and a lounge area with a fireplace. A bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and a desk is also located on this floor. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each with two 90x190 cm beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, and a lounge with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. Wi-Fi is also available.

An equestrian center is just 5 minutes away, and the surrounding woods are a favorite spot for hikers. Near the Canal du Nivernais (fishing, cycling route) and 50 km from the Morvan Regional Natural Park and its capital, Château-Chinon (home to the Costume Museum and the Septennat Museum), this peaceful, verdant region is ideal for relaxation, connecting with nature, discovering local wildlife (deer, pheasants, squirrels, and birds), and enjoying time with family and friends.
