Gite Saint-Aubin-les-Forges, 4 bedrooms, 10 persons - FR-1-819-727

Restored detached farmhouse in the Nivernais region offering unobstructed views of the countryside. Terrace, enclosed flower garden with a pétanque court. On the ground floor: entrance into a dining room with TV and open-plan kitchen (5-burner range), one bedroom "Hulotte" with a double bed (140x190cm) and direct access to a shower room accessible to people with reduced mobility and wheelchair users (large shower with chair, accessible sink, and raised toilet). A hospital bed can be installed.
On the first floor: one bedroom "Hirondelle" with three single beds (90x190cm), one bedroom "Mésange" with a double bed (140x190cm). These two bedrooms each have direct access to a shower room (shower and toilet). A third bedroom "Tourterelle" with a double bed (140x190cm) and a single bed (90x190cm) (a cot can be installed) is accessible via the Mésange bedroom. Books are available in each room. If you start a book during your stay, you can take it home and return it. A telephone is available. The barn has been converted into a summer kitchen, lounge area, and television. Baby equipment is provided for the Gîte Bébé Câlin (Baby Cuddle Gîte).

Beds are made upon arrival, and a breakfast tray is provided.

The gîte is ideally located near La Charité-sur-Loire (the Book Town), the Loire à Vélo cycling route, the forest, and the Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago). At the Étang du Merle (Merle Pond), you can fish and swim. You are 10 km from the Charité vineyards and 30 km from the Pouilly vineyards. Nevers (Ducal Palace, Sainte-Bernadette Shrine, museums, etc.) is 30 minutes away.

Charges and options: Maximum 2 pets: €5/day/pet. Electricity consumption beyond 8 kWh is extra; heating is not included. Towels available upon request: €5 per person. End-of-stay cleaning optional: €80.
