Restored detached Nivernais farmhouse offering unobstructed views of the countryside. Terrace, enclosed flower garden with pétanque court and an unenclosed garden with slide. On the ground floor: entrance to dining room with TV and open kitchen (5-burner piano), 1 bedroom "Hulotte" with 1 bed 140x190 with direct access to a bathroom accessible to people with reduced mobility and wheelchairs (large shower with chair, accessible sink and raised toilet) a medical bed can be installed.
On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom "Hirondelle" with 3 beds 90x190 1 bedroom "Mésange" with 1 bed 140x190. These 2 bedrooms each have direct access to the bathroom (shower and toilet). A third bedroom, "Tourterelle," with a 140x190 cm bed and a 90x190 cm bed (a baby crib can be added), is accessible via the Mésange bedroom. Books are available in each room. If you start a book during your stay, you can take it home and return it. A telephone is available. The barn has been converted into a summer kitchen with two large tables for sharing convivial moments. Gîte Bébé Câlin: baby equipment provided. Horses are welcome.

Beds are made upon arrival, and a breakfast tray is provided.

The cottage is ideally located near La Charité-sur-Loire (Book Town), the Loire à Vélo cycle route, the forest, and the Camino de Santiago. At the Etang du Merle, you can fish and swim. You are 10 km from the Charitois vineyard and 30 km from the Pouilly vineyard. 30 minutes from Nevers (Ducal Palace, Sainte-Bernadette Hunting Grounds, Museums, etc.)

Charges and options: Maximum 2 pets: €5/day/pet. Electricity over 8kWh is an additional charge, heating not included. Towels upon request: €5/person. Optional end-of-stay cleaning: €80.
