Traditional house in the Morvan Regional Natural Park, adjoining the owners' house but completely private. Peaceful and relaxing surroundings. On the raised ground floor: living room with fireplace insert, lounge with two sofas and TV/free Wi-Fi, DVD player and CD radio, fully equipped kitchen, separate WC; five steps from the living room lead to a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), baby area with wooden cot, chest of drawers and changing table, baby bath, high chair and stroller, en-suite shower room. Upstairs, a bedroom with a single bed (110x200cm) and two bunk beds (90x190cm), and another bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm), a bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate WC.

Two donkeys, Coquette and Lily, are your neighbors and love being petted by children. The cottage, located on the edge of the woods, offers excellent opportunities for birdwatching and wildlife viewing. The fully enclosed garden provides unobstructed views of the Morvan hills. A cabin with a double bed (140x200cm) can be rented for an additional €70 per week.

The cottage is located 12km from Avallon, with its swimming pool featuring a wellness area and water games for children. The Labaume Islands offer a play area on the banks of the Cure River (slides, zip line, mini-golf, climbing wall, etc.). It is 15km from Vézelay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site; close to the Morvan lakes (swimming, water sports); near the Cure River, a first-category fishing river; and close to the castles of Chastellux and Bazoches, Vauban's residence. Leisure center 12km away: canoeing, treetop adventure courses, caving... the Morvan Regional Natural Park is the perfect place for outdoor activities, with its numerous hiking and mountain biking trails, as well as a wealth of cultural offerings.
