Single-story cottage for 4 people, open kitchen, foosball table, wood stove, garden, ping-pong, near lake, animal park, quiet, parking. Near Lac du Bourdon and the Boutissaint Animal Park. This single-story cottage located in the owner's grounds features a large living room with a kitchen open to the living room and lounge with a wood stove, foosball table, and a 42-inch flat-screen TV, CD player. One bedroom with two twin beds (90x190 cm) and one bedroom with two twin beds (90x190 cm). Baby equipment (high chair, crib, baby plate and cutlery, potty, and child's bath). Shower room with toilet and thermostatic shower. Ping-pong table. The terrace and garden are electrically fenced to accommodate horses.

Beds are made upon arrival, and bed linen and towels are provided. Heating is included. Free wood is provided.

Nearby: Guédelon, a construction site resuming the construction of a fortified castle using medieval techniques, the Château de Saint-Fargeau and its historic sound and light show in July and August, Saint-Amand-en-Puisaye and its pottery, not to mention the vineyards of Pouilly-sur-Loire and Sancerre.
