The cottage is located in the center of the village, 500m from the lake and opposite a restaurant. Free public parking is available in front of the cottage.

Detached house with a partially enclosed garden, not overlooked, for 10 people. On the ground floor: a separate living room with two sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed) and an armchair, a television, and an internet connection; a kitchen for dining; and a separate toilet. On the first floor: a separate toilet, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a washing machine and dryer; one bedroom with a queen-size bed; one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a desk, and its own private bathroom (shower). On the second floor, a very large bedroom with four single beds: two 90x190cm beds and two 115x190cm beds, plus a children's play area.

Bed linens with beds made upon arrival, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning included.

Saint-Agnan, at an altitude of 600 meters, is located in the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park. It is the last commune in the Nièvre department between the Yonne and Côte-d'Or departments. Equidistant from Paris and Lyon, it is mainly known today for its 142-hectare lake. Boats with internal combustion engines are not permitted.
In the heart of the village, the cottage is ideally located for hiking and swimming in the lake. It is 8 km from La Pierre-qui-Vire (a community of Benedictine monks). 40 km from Vézelay: visit the basilica and the town, and enjoy a gourmet restaurant.

Charges and options:
Electric heating and electricity are extra (charged for use above 8 kWh/day).
The wood-burning stove is not available.
Maximum 2 pets allowed at a rate of €5/day (they must not be allowed in the rooms).
