The ground floor comprises a living/dining room, a separate toilet and shower room, a bedroom with a double bed, a large kitchen, a veranda, and a terrace with garden furniture. The first floor features two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed, a shower room, a separate toilet, and a small additional room with a desk and a sofa bed.

In the basement, you will find a washing machine, a dryer, a ping-pong table, and two parking spaces. The property is not fenced and offers parking for 6 to 8 people.

Maximum occupancy for 3 people for business trips; bed linen and cleaning services are mandatory.

Numerous opportunities for sports and outdoor activities, hiking, Boutissaint Animal Park, equestrian farms and horseback riding, Vanneau Mill, cycling and trail riding, swimming and water sports at Lake Bourdon, treetop adventure courses and the Bois de la Folie adventure park.
