The ground floor comprises a living/dining room, a separate toilet and shower room, a bedroom with a double bed, a large kitchen, a veranda, and a terrace with garden furniture. The first floor features two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed, a shower room, a separate toilet, and a small additional room with a desk and a sofa bed.

In the basement, you will find a washing machine, a dryer, and a ping-pong table. The property is not fenced.
