Welcome to Sabres, in the heart of the Landes de Gascogne Regional Park, where the forest stretches over 16,000 hectares. Its healthy air invites you to take walks and the Marquèze district, which has become the Ecomusée de la Grande Lande, offers the visitor the magic of its tranquility and its art of living. Embark on the century-old train to discover the rich heritage and know-how of yesteryear. Nestled on a private enclosed airial and only 40 km from the ocean, we welcome you to this authentic 19th century Landes house, entirely rebuilt identically with natural eco-construction materials and techniques. Earthen and lime coatings, Landes pine half-timbering and beams, thermodynamic boiler, pellet stove... were used to best integrate our eco-lodge into its environment. You will enjoy a private swimming pool, 8x4 m, depth 1.20m to 1.50m secured by a gable barrier and a roller shutter, usable from June to September and depending on the weather. This independent house on the ground floor with mezzanine is made up of a large living room, an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge freezer),
3 bedrooms on the ground floor (2 160 cm beds, 1 140 cm bed), a dormitory room upstairs (4 90 cm beds), a bathroom (with bathtub and shower) and 2 separate toilets, a private bathroom in one of the bedrooms, a pantry (washing machine). Sheets, household linen and WIFI are provided. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, bicycles of all sizes available to be confirmed with the owner before arrival. Acceptance of a maximum of 2 dogs for a fee, cats not accepted, beyond this subject to prior acceptance conditions in agreement with the owners

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
