Spacious and bright apartment. Quiet neighborhood, 400 m from the market and 500 m from Foncillon Beach. This apartment includes: an entrance hall leading to a living/dining room opening onto a balcony. The living area has a sofa and a dining table. There is a separate kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. There is also a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a wardrobe, and a bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) and a wardrobe. (A folding baby cot and changing mat are available.) The bedrooms overlook Notre Dame Church. Free parking is available on the street or around Notre Dame Church.
Bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels are not provided and can be ordered upon request.
Cleaning service is available upon request; otherwise, a separate cleaning deposit will be required.

A €500 security deposit is required upon arrival, payable by check or via the SWIKLY link that will be sent to you.
