ROYAN/CHAY, Studio with sea view, at the foot of Chay beach, comprising an entrance hall, a living area with a sofa bed for 2 people, a TV, opening onto a terrace and garden, a bedroom area with a double bed and storage, a semi-separate equipped kitchen area with a refrigerator, a multi-function microwave, and a 2-burner electric hob, and a bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet.

One private parking space. A terrace with garden furniture overlooking the ocean.

The entire property is located at the foot of the beach, near the thalassotherapy center, and 300 meters from shops!

Pets are welcome free of charge.
