Three-star rated 77 m² two-bedroom apartment in a beautiful, ideally located new residence, just 250m from the beach and 250m from shops. This spacious and well-laid-out ground-floor apartment features an entrance hall with a built-in wardrobe, a lovely 27 m² living room with a lounge area (flat-screen TV and 160cm sofa bed), a dining area, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (induction hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, filter and Dolce Gusto coffee machines, kettle, toaster) opening onto a large 45 m² terrace. A sleeping area with a hallway leads to a lovely 16 m² bedroom (queen-size bed) with a wardrobe, a second 10 m² bedroom (two single beds) with a wardrobe, also opening onto the terrace, a shower room with a vanity unit (heated towel rail and hairdryer), a separate toilet, and a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. Private parking and a bicycle storage room are located in the secure basement. A cellar is also available on the ground floor. Leave your car in the parking area and explore everything on foot! Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking property.
