In a village in the Berry region, with a restaurant and bakery, come and recharge your batteries in a peaceful and serene setting, just 10 minutes from the Château de Valençay, 30 minutes from the Beauval Zoo, and 45 minutes from the George Sand House.

Located on the edge of the village, at the end of a cul-de-sac, this house features a private, unheated above-ground swimming pool (6.40 x 2.10 meters) open from May to September and a private outdoor jacuzzi, also open from May to September.

Events can be hosted on the property. The house comprises, on the ground floor: an entrance hall, a laundry/cloakroom/WC, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom, and a bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) that can be joined to form a double bed (180x190 cm).

There is a 1500 m² unfenced garden and private parking in front of the house. Terrace with dining and lounge areas.

Private pool and jacuzzi.

Heating via air-to-water heat pump included in the price.

Bed linens, towels, and cleaning included in the price.

Pets are welcome at a rate of €6 per pet per night.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linens and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating, and electricity with reasonable consumption – if the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be charged to the hosts on site).
