In the southern Alsatian wine region, at the entrance to the small town of Rouffach, Eliane welcomes you to this detached family home. With a large garden, this house is ideal for 6 people and sleeps 7 in total, with 3 bedrooms and an office that can also be used as a bedroom with a 1-meter bed.

After crossing the private courtyard and climbing a few steps outside, you arrive at the entrance hall leading to the separate, fully equipped kitchen, complete with oven, dishwasher, stovetop, coffee maker, etc. A table seating up to 3 people provides a comfortable space for meals. Next to the kitchen is the living room, with a dining table for 8 people and a lounge area with a sofa and television. The shaded terrace is accessible from both the living room and the kitchen. You will enjoy garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. The lawned garden at the rear is enclosed.

For the sleeping area, there are three separate bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), the other with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), and the last with two single beds (90 x 190 cm). On the ground floor, there is an office with a sofa bed (100 x 190 cm). Each bedroom has storage space, pillows, and extra blankets.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, and toilet. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. A private parking space is available.
In the immediate vicinity of the cottage, you'll find vineyards, restaurants, the town center, and the Alsace Wine Route. Nearby attractions include the Alsatian wine villages, Colmar, and the Vosges Mountains. Tourist sites such as the Alsace Ecomuseum and the Little Prince Park are also within easy reach.
