Drive about 17 km and after the rd point (end of 2 lanes), continue for 1 km and at a place called La Croix Verte, take the C6 (1st on the right), road leading to the village of Launay at 800 m. At the crossroads, 1st house on the left.

Description of the accommodation

In a hamlet, the calm of the countryside awaits you...
Gîte adjoining the owners' house, located a stone's throw from the Canal de la Martinière and halfway between the sea and Nantes (around 20 minutes by car).
Private south-facing terrace with a view of the owners' garden, with trees, of 1500 m². Available: outbuilding for grilling over a wood fire or barbecue, 4 sun loungers, table football and adult bike (for children on request).
Single storey: living room/living room with sofa bed (140x190) and open kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 140x190 bed and 1 90x190 bed), bathroom/wc.
Equipment: freezer compartment, Wifi access, DVD player, complete baby equipment (2 travel cots, 2 high chairs, bathtub), tumble dryer shared with the owners.
Included: sheets (beds made on arrival), bathroom/house linen and electric heating.
Not included: tourist tax. Cleaning package optional, but obligatory for professional customers (70€).
Only small animals accepted (15€/night - deposit 100€).
Private parking on the property.
