Le Pré des Marguerites is a half-timbered house comprising two adjoining cottages, soundproofed on both sides. On the ground floor: living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and WC. Upstairs: one twin bedroom (two single beds 90x190cm) and one double bedroom (one double bed 140x190cm), shower room/WC. Beds are made upon arrival. Geothermal heating and electricity are included in the price of your stay. A private terrace and a spacious shared garden are at your disposal. The adjoining cottage can be rented separately, allowing for a total capacity of 14 people.
A function room is available for rent at €120 per day and can accommodate approximately 30 people. Reservations can be made with the owners. Fishing enthusiasts can park their vehicles and boats securely on the enclosed grounds. In the heart of the three lakes of the Champagne region (Orient, Dienville, and Der), 25 minutes from the Nigloland amusement park and 45 minutes from Troyes and its outlet stores, including MacArthur and Marque Avenue.

You can also explore Clairvaux Abbey and the Champagne vineyards. Skydiving and microlight flights are available just 10 minutes from the gîte.
A wide range of activities are available to delight both children and adults.
