Le Pré des Marguerites is a half-timbered house comprising two adjoining cottages, soundproofed on both sides.

On the ground floor: a large living room with lounge area, kitchen with dining area, bathroom with toilet, one bedroom (sleeps 2, 2 single beds 80cm x 200cm), and a laundry room.
Upstairs: a twin bedroom (two single beds 90cm x 190cm), a master bedroom (one double bed 140cm x 190cm with shower and sink), two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one also with a 160cm bed), a shower room (shower and double sink), and a separate toilet.
Beds are made upon arrival.
Geothermal heating and electricity are included in the price of your stay.

A lovely shaded terrace and a large outdoor area offer plenty of sun and shade throughout the day.
A function room is available for rent at €120 per day and can accommodate approximately 30 people. Booking is possible with the owners. Fishing enthusiasts, secure parking is available for your vehicles and boats. The property is enclosed and located in the heart of the three lakes of the Champagne region (Orient, Dienville, and Der), 25 minutes from the Nigloland amusement park and 45 minutes from Troyes with its factory outlets, including MacArthur and Marque Avenue.

You can also explore Clairvaux Abbey and the Champagne vineyards. Skydiving and microlight flights are available just 10 minutes from the property.
A wide range of activities are available to delight both children and adults. The property can be configured as two separate cottages for 4 and 10 people respectively, or as one cottage accommodating a group of 14 people.
