Apartment located on l'Almadrava beach, in Roses, with sea views, in one of the most idyllic areas of the Costa Brava. The accommodation has been completely renovated.
It has a living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen, a room with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.
It has a terrace of 8 m², iron, satellite television, air conditioning and private parking located in a nearby building.
The American kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and coffee maker.
The bed linen and towels are not included in the reservation price and have an additional cost. Also, if you wish, you can bring them from home.

The apartment offers direct pedestrian access to the beach, ideal for enjoying a relaxing stay during your holiday, contemplating spectacular sunrises and sunsets, and enjoying the Mediterranean atmosphere.
The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people. Many of our guests consider this area of Roses to be their favourite, making it an ideal place for families.
⚠️ Access to accommodation via stairs, therefore not recommended for families with very young children or for elderly people.
The Cap de Creus Nature Reserve is located 20 minutes walking distance from the apartment.
The beach of l'Almadrava is a beach of fine sand and waters of an intense blue colour, one of the most appreciated in the area.
Roses
