We are pleased to inform you that we have carried out a significant renovation in our property to further improve your hosting experience. All exterior windows of the house have been completely renovated, with a special focus on improving the soundproofing of the space.

This improvement has been specially designed to minimise any external noise, allowing you to fully enjoy your rest and relaxation in our accommodation.

Two-storey house.
It has 2 double en-suite bedrooms with wardrobes on the second floor. On the ground floor, there is a large fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom of over 20 m² with a full bathroom and laundry room.

The American kitchen, with a ceramic hob, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen equipment, coffee maker and toaster.
On the first floor is the living room with the television and the second double bedroom and full bathroom with bathtub.

On the third floor is the third bedroom with a private bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the inner pedestrian street.
Bed linen and towels have an additional cost, they are not included in the reservation price.
There is a parking space located 10 minutes from the house.
