Nice and spacious apartment located in the heart of Roses, right in front of the bus station. A perfect location to forget about your car: just 650 meters from the beach and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and all the amenities you need for a worry-free holiday.

With capacity for up to 4 guests, the apartment is set in a quiet building with only 6 units and an elevator, ensuring comfort and privacy.

It features:

* Master bedroom with a double bed (150 cm) and direct access to a pleasant terrace

* Second bedroom with 2 single beds

* Cozy living-dining room with sofa, TV (Spanish and French channels), and air conditioning
