Come and enjoy a peaceful stay in a fully air-conditioned, renovated, and beautifully decorated detached house with beautiful open countryside views. It features a garage and private parking, a large terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, a hot tub (summer), and an unfenced garden. The spacious, bright living room features an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a TV and a sofa bed (sleeps 1 for €20/night) with direct access to the terrace. The sleeping area includes three bedrooms (two with a queen-size bed and one with two twin 80x200 beds), a separate toilet with a washbasin, and a bathroom (large shower) with a double sink. All-inclusive package: bed linen (beds made upon arrival), towels, kitchen linen, heating, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning included.
A maximum of one pet is allowed at a rate of €50/stay. Ideal for exploring the region between Nièvre and Yonne: 6 km from Clamecy and its shops and restaurants.
