Gite Rix, 3 bedrooms, 6 persons - FR-1-819-1103

Come and enjoy a peaceful stay in a fully air-conditioned, renovated, and beautifully decorated detached house with stunning, unobstructed views of the countryside. Amenities include a garage and private parking, a large terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, a hot tub (summer only), and an unfenced garden.

The bright and spacious living area features an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge with a TV and a sofa bed (sleeps one for €20/night) with direct access to the terrace. The sleeping area comprises three bedrooms (two with a 160x200cm bed and one with two 80x200cm beds that can be joined together), a separate toilet with a washbasin, and a bathroom with a large shower and double vanity.

All-inclusive package: bed linen with beds made upon arrival, towels, kitchen linen, heating, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning are all included.

One pet is welcome for a maximum of €50 per stay.

Ideal for exploring the area between the Nièvre and Yonne departments: 6km from Clamecy and its shops and restaurants. Several ponds and lakes nearby (Étang du Merle at 36km, Lac du Bourdon at 38km, Lac de Pannecière at 56km, Lac des Settons at 65km), Vézelay is 26km away, and Guédelon and Saint-Fargeau are less than 50km away.
