Private terrace overlooking the 400 m² shared enclosed courtyard, a 100 m² private garden 10 m from the kitchen door, and a plancha grill.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair, and bathtub.
Heating by pellet stove to be paid on site according to consumption.
A covered shelter with a Green Up outlet for electric vehicle charging.
