Located at the slopes, the apartment features a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. This apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. The apartment also has a ski locker.
The southwest-facing balcony offers views of the slopes in winter and, in summer, the municipal swimming pool and the Chabrières/Florins Residences swimming pool.
Please note: the residence entrance is accessed via stairs, and there is an elevator inside to access the upper floors.

Advantages of this apartment: In winter, it is close to the ESF ski school, ski lifts, and all shops.
The resort has covered paid parking, managed by the Tourist Office. In summer, access to a private and shared outdoor pool and a private tennis court.
The pool is open only in summer, subject to health and safety regulations.
